Hi There,
I’m honored to be part of my patients’ healing journeys, whether I’m their first choice, a last hope, or somewhere in between. My approach is grounded in both the ancient traditions of Chinese medicine and a commitment to deeply listening to each patient’s unique needs.
My Philosophy: The Earth School Mentality
At the heart of my practice is a focus on the interplay between gut health and nervous system regulation, an essential foundation for many aspects of well-being. While this isn’t necessary for every patient, it’s always my first checkpoint, as gut health can shape everything from emotional balance to immunity.
Chinese medicine defines and describes physiological function by 5 elements: earth, water, metal, fire, and wood. Earth is represented by the spleen and stomach and the process of digestion. This includes the absorption of our food and drinks, but also the assimilation of our life events, paths, and purposes. Earth is the central pivot and anchor to all other aspects of health and functionality.
My approach also relies on pulse diagnosis, a precise and dynamic tool that I check throughout each session to assess a patient’s response to treatment. Through pulse and other diagnostic methods, I connect deeply with each patient’s energy, making adjustments that support their journey to clarity and balance. In each treatment I will spend significant time assessing a pulse presentation.
My training encompasses five distinct channels of acupuncture: sinews, luos, primary, divergent, and the eight extraordinary vessels. Unlike the primary meridians that many people know of, these channels offer access to different levels of the body’s qi and blood—from superficial muscular issues to genetic patterns. This unique approach allows me to tailor treatments at every level, whether we’re working on deep genetic imprints, enhancing blood flow and detoxification, or providing targeted release and tonification.

Guiding Principles
& Values
My practice is grounded by core values of self-discovery and a commitment to authenticity and trust. I also believe in the importance of fun, humor, and curiosity on the path to healing. Grounded by nature and a deep connection to my community, I strive to live my purpose in alignment with these principles, trusting in a higher purpose and a sense of connection to those around me.
Each patient interaction is an opportunity to practice honesty, love, and compassion, meeting each person where they are and supporting their journey in whatever way they need most.
My Journey
I studied under Master Jeffrey Yuen, an internationally renowned physician and 88th-generation Daoist priest, who taught me the art of blending ancient knowledge with modern practices. After earning my Doctorate in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in Asheville, NC, I set out to bring these teachings into my community. Certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, I practice in both California and Nevada, drawing from my own experiences as a mother, entrepreneur, and lifelong learner.
My background in Geology and Earth Sciences initially sparked my interest in natural rhythms, leading me to acupuncture and a deep focus on anatomy and physiology. Each session now reflects this journey, integrating acupuncture, herbs, essential oils, dietary therapy, and lifestyle planning to support body and spirit.
In 2013, I earned my certification in hypnotherapy through California Healing Arts Academy and recently studied under Michelle Gellis to offer microneedling and cosmetic acupuncture to enhance my ability to provide self care and self love to my community.
“Simplicity, patience, compassion.
These three are your greatest treasures.
Simple in actions and thoughts, you return to the source of being.
Patient with both friends and enemies,
you accord with the way things are.
Compassionate toward yourself,
you reconcile all beings in the world.”
— Dao De Ching, Lao Zao
Results & Patient Experiences
Patients often feel an immediate shift in their emotional state and complexion after treatments, leaving with a greater sense of clarity, calm, and brightness. Many experience relief in their abdomen, feeling lighter and more comfortable. I also work with children, supporting their digestion and helping them feel more at ease in both home and school environments. Parents often note improvements in their children’s daily routines and overall regulation.
